Important information for the 2011-2012 Dance Season

*Tuition is due the first class of the month and is late after the 7th. If received after the 7th there will be a $10 late fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). We have automatic payment available or you can call in your payment if needed to avoid the late fee.

*We do not hand out flyers for events; we email the parents as well as post information at least 2
weeks prior to the event on our website www.dancinitup.com, our blog danciniup.blogspot.com, as well as on our face book page. We will also have our monthly newsletter posted on the bulletin
board as well as available in office to come and pick up.

*Correct attire must be worn in all classes, please see studio handbook for a list of classes and
attire. If dancer is not in proper attire she/he will be asked to sit and watch the class.

The Studio will be closed for major holidays only
November 21st -24th for Thanksgiving
December 19th-31st for Christmas and New Years
February 14th Valentines Day
April 2nd-6th Davis County Spring Break

PAYMENT DATES- If late add $10 late fee
Recital Costume $60 Per dance. Due by February 16th
Recital Fee- $30 per dancer. Due by April 12th

(For a family of three dancers $25 per-dancer, and
family of four dancers $20 per dancer.)
If you would like to add some money each month towards these fees just fill our the correct
paperwork when paying tuition.

Studio Picture day - May 2nd 5:30 pm -7:30pm
Mandatory- Spring DressRehearsal- Monday May 7th from 5pm-7pm at Dancin It Up

Spring performances:
Assembly at Foxboro Elementary - May 11th performance time 9:15am
(Dancers will need to arrive at 8:30am)
Dance Recital @ Woods Cross High - May 29th performance time 7:00pm
(Dancers will need to arrive at 6:00 pm)
