Thanksgiving Point Competition 2011

Congrats to our COMP TEAMS!

They had their first competition of the year at Thanksgiving Point...... we are so proud of all 3 of our teams!!!! Little Cubs (Sophomores) got 2nd place with their Jazz routine, Cubs (Juniors) got 2nd place with their Jazz routine, Panthers (Seniors) got 1st place with their Jazz routine and 3rd place with their Lyrical. They all did such a good job! All their hard work paid off! :)
We are so excited for our next Competition in March.

(there is NO admission for family or friends at this competition!) We will know exact

Now that it is February, we have some dates that are coming up...

• Recital Costume Fee: $60.00 per dancer/routine. Due by February 7th

• Recital Fee: $30.00 per dancer. Due by February 7th **For a family of 3 (dancers) its $25.00 per dancer and for a family of 4 or more (dancers) its $20.00 per dancer!**

Tuition is Due: On February 7th. Just a reminder that Feb. 7th is a Monday.

• February 15-17th Wear Pink or Red and get a TREAT at the office!

~FEBRUARY~

• February 7th: Tuition is Due. After today it is late.

• February 7th: Recital Costume Fee: $60.00 per dance/routine. (FYI the 7th is a Monday so pay the week before so you avoid the $10 late fee)

• February 7th: Recital Fee: $30 .00 per dancer. **For a family of 3 its $25.00 per dancer, and a family of 4 its $20.00 per dancer!** (This fee covers all 3 venues for the recitals, that way we don't charge for tickets at each performance!)

• April 2nd (Saturday): Mandatory Dress Rehearsal10:00am-12:00pm(We know that this is Spring Break for some of you, but we have so many school districts at our studio, we try to accommodate everyone!)

• April 7th: Tuition is Due. After today it is late!

• April 8th-9th Comp Team Competes in St. George at Dixie High School. (there is admission for family and friends at this competition. Cash Only)

• April 20th (Wednesday): Foxboro Elementary Performance. Dancers need to arrive at 12:45 ready to go! And they will perform at 1:20-2:45pm

• April 29th-30th: Comp Team Competes at Juan Diego High School "Nationals" (there is admission for family and friends at this competition. Cash Only)

~May~

• May 7th: Tuition is Due. After today it is late!

• May 14th (Saturday): Picture Day for everyone at the Studio. Pictures will start at 10:00am-2:00pm We will let you know more info (prices, time etc. at a later date)

• May 16th (Monday): Bountiful Rec. Performance! Performance time will be at 6:30pm dancers will need to be there at 5:45pm.

• May 31st (Tuesday): Woods Cross High School Dance Recital. Dancers need to arrive at 6:30pm, the performance will start at 7:15pm)

We know that some kids are out of school today

(January 18th) but we still have class today!

We need your HELP

We are putting together "testimonials" on our blog and website. We would love to include your kids in this! If you are interested, please send an email to dancinitup55@gmail.com with a 1-3 sentence testimonial on why you like to bring your kids here and/or why your kids like to come to Dancin It Up. We will also be using these in the future for advertising along with your child's picture. We will be some of these as if the child is talking, it will be more fun that way! :)

We need these by January 31st (sorry for the rush)

Dance starts up again today (Tuesday Jan. 4th)....

We are so excited to get back into the regular schedule and

start teaching NEW dances!
